Why do we want to do joint ventures?

Well, there are numerous reasons to do joint ventures, but without getting into the small details of it. We can say that it comes down to being an efficient and effective way to leverage your marketing efforts.

We all have different strengths and weaknesses when it comes to our business. When we look at a bigger picture, we can see that by finding someone else whose strength is our own weakness, we can joint venture with them and benefit greatly. Therefore we don't have to spend all our time struggling to strengthen our weakness. We just focus on what we do best, and find a joint venture partner with those skills that can fill the gaps.

By looking at joint ventures this way, it makes perfect sense why to joint venture. We get to do less work by partnering and sharing tasks, and on top of it, the work we do, is the work we enjoy the most. Best of all, our joint venture partner is also able to do less work, and focus on the work they do best and enjoy doing.

Talk about a win/win situation eh?
